- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via Nacex.

Shipping Costs and Conditions:
- For purchases over €50, shipping is free of charge;
- For purchases under €50, a fixed shipping charge of €3.50 applies.
- Delivery Times: Orders will be shipped within 24 business hours, with delivery expected the next business day. This service is available exclusively to mainland Portugal; we do not ship to the islands.
- Responsibility: Responsibility for transportation is attributed to the carrier, except in cases of damage or breakage, which are the responsibility of Plansel.
7. Returns and Cancellations
The user has the right to exchange and return items under the terms and conditions set forth in the Shipping Policy. In cases of return or cancellation, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the cause is a delivery error or damaged product, in which case Plansel must be contacted for appropriate action.
8. Liability and Warranties
Plansel makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information provided on its website. However, use of the services is at the user's own risk.
