With an exclusive production of just 3,000 bottles , this wine is a testament to the dedication, innovation and passion that drive the next generation of Plansel.

Full-bodied and sophisticated, this Alicante Bouschet matured for 16 months in noble French oak barrels, gaining depth and structure.

On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas of wild berries , dark chocolate and spices , revealing an impressive complexity.

On the palate, the silky texture and persistent finish make every sip memorable.

Perfect to pair with red meats, game dishes and cured cheeses.

Serve between 16 and 18ºC.

• Winemaking: Grapes chilled overnight and slowly fermented in open barrels, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, ensuring structure and depth.
