Plansel Alicante Bouschet "Novos Caminhos" is a wine with an intense soul, which reflects Plansel's boldness and innovation.

Made from a single grape variety, it reveals Alicante Bouschet in its purest form – deep , structured and striking .

With a production limited to just 6,000 bottles, each one represents a new path in Alentejo oenology , where tradition and modernity meet.

With a dark garnet color, almost opaque, this Alicante Bouschet displays an unmistakable character .

On the nose, intense aromas of fresh black and wild fruits stand out, enveloped by notes of cocoa and an intriguing touch of olive .

In the mouth, present but silky tannins give it a powerful and balanced structure , marked by a surprising freshness.

Its complexity and depth make it an ideal wine for special moments, pairing perfectly with red meats, game dishes and cured cheeses.

Serve between 16 and 18ºC.

• Alcohol %: 15% – Full-bodied and vibrant, for those who enjoy wines with personality.

• Longevity: 3 to 6 years – with the potential to evolve and surprise with each bottle.

• Winemaking: Grapes refrigerated overnight in old barrels, fermented for 12 days and aged for 6 months in new French barrels, giving it a refined and enveloping texture.
