1) Viosinho & Gouveio
Two high-altitude white varieties, renowned for their natural acidity, structure, and aromatic delicacy . Together, they create a wine with vibrant freshness , perfect for discerning pairings and gastronomic moments.
2) Aged for 9 months in French oak
Fermentation and prolonged aging in French oak barrels impart complexity, creaminess, and volume on the palate , without losing the purity of the fruity profile. The result? A white wine with an elegant texture and a lingering finish .
